5/19: “FAN INTO FLAME” –Part 3 of a 10-part sermon series on Christian growth resumes on Sunday mornings. We are looking into the book of II Timothy.
5/24: MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) – A MOPS ministry group is being formed at Venice Church! Moms interested in serving on the Steer-ing Team or as a “Mentor Mom” are invited to the next meeting on Friday at 9:30 a.m. in room 8. For info about MOPS, contact Dianne Tyau: dnpt99@yahoo.com. (Venice MOPS activities will launch in September.)

6/02: “MATSUDAS ON A MISSION” CRAFT SALE - 9:30 to 11:45 a.m. Catherine, Nicole & Wyatt Mastuda are going on a medical/educational mission to Jamaica, 6/17-21. They’ll be selling handcrafted items in front of the church to help offset travels costs. Also, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the GO Ministry for its support of global missions. (Special message: Thanks to all who contributed to the Matsuda’s school supply drive. They collected 5 large boxes of school supplies to be shipped to Jamaica which will be distributed by them to various schools in Ocho Rios.)
6/06: VJCC NEWSLETTER STAPLING – We minister to the VJCC & community by as-sembling their newsletter once a year. Help us serve the people in our community. Time: 7:30 p.m. Please sign up in the narthex.
